Good communication is vital for ZADCO's performance and has a direct effect on team performance, working relationships and our external reputation.

ZADCO's communication strategy promotes openness, transparency and sharing of information within the Company. All information needed by people to do their jobs should be freely available and shared.

Vertical Communication: Two way communications between leaders and employees is encouraged. This is partially achieved through formal processes, but equally important are the informal communications such as “walkabout” visits to departments to meet employees, forums at Abu Dhabi H.Q. and Sites and regular team meetings.

Lateral Communication: Formal processes exist to aid communication between departments. However, informal person to person communication is vital for day to day operations and employees are encouraged to directly contact their peers in other departments, whilst keeping their team leader informed of important outcomes.
